CRANBERRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 (12-oz.) package fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tsp of orange zest
- salt
PREPARATION:
- Firstly, in a saucepan over low heat, mix sugar and water until it dissolves. Then, add cranberries and cook for about 10 minutes. Secondly, stir in orange zest and add a pinch of salt.
- Finally, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool completely, then transfer to a container and refrigerate until you are ready to use.
